• Delivery service is not available in all areas.
• No minimum order and not include delivery charge THB 50 delivery fee per order applies.

Visit www.pizzahut1150.com/survey within 3 days from receipt issuance date to provide us your feedback, and receive free 1 set of Spicy Chicken Sausage Spaghetti with minimum purchase of 199 baht per receipt (exclude delivery fee) for next purchase.

Steps to Obtain Validation Code and Terms and Conditions

• Keep receipt from Pizza Hut and Visit pizzahut1150.com/survey within 3 days from the receipt issuance date to provide us to your feedback.
• Write a validation code after surveying on receipt.
• Receive free 1 set of Spicy Chicken Sausage Spaghettiwith minimum purchase of 199 baht per receipt (exclude delivery fee) for next purchase.
• Offer must be redeemed within 1 month from receipt issuance date.
• For Dine In, Take Away and 1150 Call Center, please inform validation code before ordering and give receipt to our staff for redemption. (For ordering via 1150 Call Center, after receiving an order, please give receipt with validation code to our delivery person)
• 1 Receipt / 1 Validation Code / 1 Redemption Right.
• This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotion conditions are subjected to change without prior notice.
• Pizza Hut reserves the rights to cancel redemption rights without valid receipt or correct validation code, or an order per receipt is less than 199 baht (not including delivery fee).
• Not valid with any discount card, other promotions and discounted coupons or free medium pizza coupons.

Upgrade pizza size from Medium to Large

• Available from now onwards.
• Available to upgrade an a la cart pizza from a medium size pizza to be a large size pizza by adding only 149 THB, and adding only 99 THB to upgrade any pizza combo from medium size to be large size.
• Applicable for all channels.
• Pizza Hut reserves the right to change details without prior notice.
